Snake Skin Leggings (30.11.2011)

Today I’m showing you my new ginger blouse from Friends Shop. Since it’s very oversized and colour active, I decided to wear it with snake skin print leggings. They balance the silhouette and add pattern, which makes the look more unique.

My accessories were neutral black: suede heels, The Outnet clutch and feather earrings.They all matched with the black velvet coat which kept me warm in that windy day.

Pearl Collar (12.12.2011)

One of the most adorable fashion trends of the year 2011–2012 is a Detachable Collar Trend. If we dig a little bit deeper into a fashion history, we’ll see that this trend comes from 1960’s. It’s the time of feminine an dolly style. And collar was one of the attributes which helped to accentuate a very romantic and girly look.

Today collar — is an affordable fashion item, which can change any sweater or top into something trendy and cute. You can wear detachable collars of any shape with almost anything! Is not this great — having accessory which perfectly goes with half of your closet and can add to your look a little bit more personality!

At the moment I have only one detachable collar, but I love it so much! It’s all covered up by pearls (fake of course). I paired it up with a mini dress in 60’s style, fur vest and my new floral heels which match the colour of the dress. I think it looks very funny and sweet.

Fashion Trend: Ushanka (15.12.2011)

If you still don’t know how to keep your head warm during cold winter — buy a fur hat! They are so fashionable this season and they will definitely protect your head and ears from freezing.

The most trendy type among fur caps is Ushanka — aka trooper, a Russian fur hat with ear flaps. Just like the one I’m showing you in this post. Ushanka was on designer’s runway shows many times, such as Jean-Paul-Gaultier with Sino-Mongolian collection, I think it has the most incredible ushankas ever!

This season’s fashion is all about shining. Even knits are sparkling! Today I want to show you one of the most popular winter trends — lurex sweater. It’s so in right now! And I understand why. It’s so hard to find something warm and fancy and the lurex knit is just what we need for the winter holiday season.

Sheepskin Coat (26.12.2011)

Shearling coat is one of the classiest winter outwear. And if you have no idea what to wear this winter, I’ll suggest you to go for a sheepskin coat. There are hundreds of styles, colours and types of it, so you can find just perfect one for you!

One of the popular shearling coats are middle length and usually tan or gray colour. This kind of coat is so universal, it will fit anyone — a young teen girl or an elder lady. The most trendy shearling outwear is an aviator jacket. It’s been a fashion must have for several seasons and still keeps its positions on top.
